Maplewood has two payment plans for Healthcare and Assisted Living. The pre-sale medical application determines which payment plan, or combination of plans a new resident will be entitled to when the care is used. All rates are approximate and subject to change. Rates depend on level of care and room size. If you are not familiar with the concept of Lifecare, be assured that one of our associates will explain its benefits in detail for you and your family, should you pursue ownership here at Maplewood. Lifecare Plan- Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing $180/day *Maplewood’s Lifecare payment plan provides you 90 days of virtually free care. *Maplewood’s Lifecare payment plan can reduce your normal long-term care costs below typical market rates.
