Independent living owner residents can choose from receiving care in their homes or transitioning to our five-star-rated healthcare center.
With comprehensive on-site services, the goal is to provide each owner resident with personalized healthcare when and if they ever need it. Physician Dr. Gary Wilks is on call twenty-four hours a day and on-site four days a week. Many medical services are also available in our lobby level wellness center including: lab tests, X-rays, and EKGs and we’re Medicare certified so you can use your Medicare benefits here. If your spouse, loved one, or yourself should require a move to the healthcare center, you stay within a short walk from each other. Retirement living should be relaxing, so we bring as many convenient services on-site as we can.
Leave the work to us
Another thing to consider is how much time in a day is spent on household maintenance. At Maplewood Park Place, if you need even so much as a lightbulb changed, there are capable technicians ready to help. Other services provided are window washing and carpet cleaning ensuring the luster of the building never wears off. Weekly housekeeping is also provided including linens service. There are a number of dog walking services owner residents use to provide extra care for their pets as well.
Throughout the year various pop-up shops and other helpful services like jewelry cleaning and knife sharpeners are brought to the community.
